   Committee Parish Nurse Maternal & Child Health February STDs Substance Abuse Asthma Coalition Mobile Health Screening Clinic Injury Control Task Force

   Due 2nd Friday to Anson Record and The Express: (for publication the following Wed.) January 12th & August 10th 9th & September 14th March 9th & October 12th April 13th & November 9th May 11th June 8th July 13th December 14th

4. Obtain financial support (grants) as needed for individual Task Force initiatives
5. Revitalize and reorganize Substance Abuse, Injury Control, and STDs subcommittees
6. Individual projects/goals for the subcommittees, aligning them with the NC 2010 health objectives and our recertification action plans: Maternal & Child Health (Focus areas – Access to Health Care, Chronic Disease, Injury, Oral Health, Health Promotion); STDs (Focus area – Infectious Disease); Injury Control (Focus Area – Injuries); Substance Abuse (Focus Area – Health Promotion); Mobile Clinic (Focus Areas – Access to Care, Health Promotion); Parish Nurse (Focus Areas – Chronic Disease, Access to Health Care, Health Promotion, Infectious Diseases); Asthma Coalition (Focus Area – Chronic Disease); APAN (Focus Area – Health Promotion)
7. Participate in the Healthy Carolinians Regional Networking Days and in the Healthy Carolinians Conference - October
8. Reevaluate Task Force membership – purge rolls
9. Consider new initiatives
